1756655700000

This month, we’ve enhanced security for Enterprise users and fixed bugs across both our app and web platforms. Here’s what’s new in TripLog for August 2025:
Updated Reports Design
We’ve given TripLog reports a visual refresh! Your mileage and expense reports now feature a cleaner, more modern design that’s easier to read and more professional to share with clients, managers, or accountants. The same comprehensive data you rely on, now with an improved look!
Enhanced Security for Corporate Card Transactions
For enterprise customers using direct corporate card feeds, TripLog now automatically locks expense entries imported from your Visa and Mastercard corporate expense cards. This ensures these transactions remain protected and can’t be accidentally deleted.
New Spending Limit Controls
Admins can now require merchants to be specified for all expense entries through our spending limit rules feature, improving compliance and providing further visibility into your team’s spending.
Improved Flex Plan Billing Accuracy
We’ve fixed an issue where usage numbers on Flex Plan bills could change between billing creation and viewing the final invoice. Now, your usage numbers for expense users, mileage users, etc. remain consistent.
Better Location Range Display
Fixed a display issue affecting users in countries using metric measurements. Location ranges now correctly display and visualize the proper distance whether you’re using meters or feet, ensuring accuracy for our international teams.
Other Fixes & Improvements
Resolved sorting issues on the Expenses page in the TripLog web app when organizing by expense type
